Hey Guys,
Mature car owner here, looking to get rid of that brushed alluminium color on my stock rims. Perhaps a powdercoat or a replacement aftermarket rim.
Can you guys recommend any that would help out. I don't wanna spend over a G bar.
Thanks for your help.
John
Also its a 2007 Z, Base model

What's a "G bar"? I suggest browsing the "wheels and tires" section of this site. I liked the look of my stock rims, but they weren't wide enough, so I picked up NT03's. You may hate them, I dunno.
You have an extremely large amount of choices when it comes to rims, so I suggest looking around at pictures and then coming back with a more definite "hey I like this, is there anything similar to this that you can recommend" rather than "I hate this look, give me something else".

lol at G bar.
so you basically want rims that are not silver?
look around the media sections, find what you like, research then buy.
if you want really cheap rims that look good, i hate to say it and not trying to advocate the idea but look into varrestoen or other replica companies.
you get what you pay for with those though.

Looks great. What are the specs on those wheels, including offset?
Personally I'm a broke college kid, and varrstoens are what I'm going with.
He's looking to spend under $1,000 on wheels.
Your best bet is to look around the regional marketplace/craigslist and try and pick up a used set in good condition, but for under 1k, you might not have too much luck.
