Whatever they are it looks like there is supposed to be a center cap covering the the multi-lug pattern.

 

BBS LM's could be Replica.. Powder Coated Black... Thats my best guess.

 

They look cheap as hell. They're made to fit 5-lug and 4-lug hubs.

I'm pretty sure those are Axis Pentas painted matte black.

 

I think your thought matches the best Waizzz but to my guess it may even be some Racing Harts. I doubt that would be the C4 model but still pretty close. On the other hand they do look cheap...riteonjon, i wouldn't take too much time on this if i were you, if you like them go with Waizzz's guess Axis has Penta in the matte black

High offset old school Racing Hart C4 with spacers, re-drilled and missing center caps. C4s have 16 rivets, Axis Pentas have more spokes and 20 rivets.

Axis Penta's also have a penta shaped bolt pattern cut out in the center.
