I think op is saying that his engine is HR with oem rims.

Bottom line we all need to know what year Z & style of your oem rims.
Can you post a pic?

HRs were only made in 07/08...at least that what I thought. Ok...anyway it's a 2008 Touring model with standard OEM rims. I just ordered some Satin Silver touch up spray that goes on a 2002 Honda. I have spot sprayed scratched rims before...using masking tape and it worked out pretty well. If the colors are close, you can *fade* it (blend) into the stock coat nicely.

Your local auto parts store will have several silver choices. Often the key is the base color. Plenty of DIY recommendations in the detailing forum.

HR rims?dunno...
At any rate, before I went to aftermarket rims,I touched up the OEM wheels with
regular Dupli Color touch up.Basically, you gotta buy several bottles of "silver" shades.
Mix&match till you get what will work. Also, depends on the type of damage/scrapes that
your rims have. You may have to build up layers on the deep stuff.
