Damn it kid. Do some research 1st.... Hindsight is always 20/20 I guess, you know you messed up.

Advise... Exactly what VQ said. RESEARCH and get exactly what you want this time around so you don't waste any money. 9.5" and 10.5" is the standard now day on the Z. Something around +20 to +12 offset with 265/35 front and 285/35 rear and you'll be sittin nice.

xxr 526 and I don't know how. Would 18x10.5 +20 wrapped in 245/40 front 255/40 rear be flush? Im dropped on Hotchkis if that matters. I want my back to be a SLIGHT poke. Very slight!

Lot of people..(including myself... putting em on next week) use 245/40 front and 275/40 rear on a square set of 18X9.5s. This keeps the VDC happy with same overall diam ratio F to R.

It will take you a few weeks ( but you will save alot of money by reading all that time ).. Just research, and when you think you have it figured out, search some more. If you can think of a question it has been discussed on this forum. Just save your money and sell what you've got and do it right. You will get alot more props for rolling stock for a while rather than skimping. Good luck

Default Wheel Decision? 18 vs 19

Here are the 2 wheels I am looking at.

Petrol Vengeance 19x9.5 +20 2.5 inch lip

XXR 526 18x10.5 +20 4.25 inch lip

I am dropped on Hotckis and would like to avoid fender roll just because I do not want the hassle of taking it to get done. I want a flush/slight poke look. Which wheel do you like and also what tire size would you run with it? Thanks

Well the XXR in that size would require a slight roll in the rear with the +20. The Petrols wouldn't depending on the tire size you go with.

then I guess I will go with the Petrols. What tire size do you reccomend? and would I need to run a spacer to feel out the gap or could I achieve that through the right tire size? thanks for your help man I don't know much about all this

I'm sure there are ads on craigslist there with people with fenders rollers. There's ads here in DFW all over the place. It'll pay off in the long run to have your fenders rolled. And sometimes you'll get lucky and get somebody that will charge 50 for all four fenders rolled. Just ask around.

OT:
As for the wheels... Eww @ petrol wheels. Those are for hood wanna be's slapping 22's on their mercedes..
I would go with XXR out of what is provided. They look better and a lot of people run them for drift spares. The petrol wheels look nasty IMHO. And if you were to run a 9.5 +20 wheel in the rear with 19's that would look just plain ugly without some huge spacers.

Well lets say I go with the 18x10.5 xxr's with +20 offset. What tire size should I run? I was thinking 265/35 all around... Will the low sidewall give me bad wheel gap? I am dropped on Hotchkis
