I love these!

But, the sizes do make me wonder why Volk has been so slow to adapt and offer better offsets?

not quite sure what you mean by 'better' offset.

do you mean the +5 or +0 offsets that some want due to the current "fad" going on? i'd suspect only a handful of those people can actually afford real TEs... which means it would be cost inhibitive to create tooling/manufacturing process to cater to only a few.

That is what I meant by "better" offsets, but a better word on my part would have been lower offsets. I don't know much about wheel manufacturing, but it seems that most brands in the Volk price range do allow the buyer to choose aggressive offsets if desired. Admittedly, however, most of those are for 2 and 3-piece wheels, so maybe the difference in the manufacture of 1-piece wheels is what would make that too costly? And, while the +5 or +0 offsets you mention may be a "fad," it may not be. It doesn't take a whole lot to run those offsets on our cars, so this may be the start of where things are headed. I'm not saying they should offer ultra-low offsets like -20s, but I feel like there would be a lot of interest in low single-digit offsets...

If you go into the aggressive wheels/stretched tires thread and look what wheels guys run, the majority of "those people" could afford real TEs........

I understand you do not like the "fad", and that's fine by me, but when you go on assuming that "those people" can't afford real TEs, that bugs me...

I hate Rays. They keep making all these gorgeous TE37 wheels every now and then and I still can't afford them.
