id it possible to convert my Volks from Gunmetal to Diamond Black?

Default id it possible to convert my Volks from Gunmetal to Diamond Black?

diamond black is what i originally wanted (19" gt-7), but was told i might have to wait up to 6 months....so i went w/ gunmetal...is there any way to convert my rims to diamond black?

You could have them powder coated. I don't know if they could mask the lip however. Call a local powder coater and speak to them.

They can mask the polished lip. Costs extra though.

yup; they just remove the old powder coat with sandblasting ussually, and redo it; followed by a clear coat.

you think it would be possible to mask all of this? (little dot on the left is the valve stem/cover)...or would the tell me they could and just end up fuking it up?

More likely they will just take the wheel apart since it's a 2 piece rim. Then mask off the center for you.

Its a 2 piece rim you don't have to mast it off, also your valve stem comes off

Its definitely possible . . . seen it done. They will charge you a bit more since more-than-usual masking is required. Should look good!

That gun metal looks too good! Don't waste your money. I have gun metal on my red line. I wouldn't powder coat until the wheel needs to be re-furbished.
