285/35-19 rear would probably work fine with that front.

Why do you want so much tire? That's my question, is there a goal or a purpose? Or just because? Just curious.

How is someone giving advice on a subject they are confused about helpful in any way? You're still missing it...the aspect ratio measures the ratio of sidewall height to width. A wider tire with the same aspect ratio will result in a wider sidewall and taller diameter.

I think both sides are confused mainly due to the OP!

I fault the OP in this one!

OP are you still at stock height? Is this on the stock wheels? Endly is this for looks or performance?

Who's confused here? You are absolutely correct but when did I every say differently? Like I stated, a 305/30/19 has a SMALLER side wall than the stock 265/35/19 and he wanted to go with a 265/40/18 up front, causing his front wheels/tires (as a whole) to be taller then the rears. I have a great idea, since you are the expert here, how about you give him some of your advice? I'm sure we ALL could learn so much from you!

285/40/19: Actual speed 100.0 MPH. Speedometer will read 94.02 MPH.

I can provide you with the tools to make a proper tire selection, but if you do not use them I may as well be talking to a brick wall.

please don't make me figure things out

just suggest something with good backup lol

I'm planning both autocross and some track time during summer and I talk to one of my

friend and he told to to stay with same section height.

so my final decision is to stay with 265/40/18 on the front and get a set of 285/40/19 in

the rear.

response please and thanks
