Ok I have read alot of the discussions regarding increasing wheel diameter causing more weight distributed further out which decreases performance.

However, when i got my nismo wheels and S03's, the tires were much heavier.

So if I you have 18 v. 19's with same overall diameter but less profile with 19's to keep within spec (ie 40 v. 35), isn't this actually decreasing radial mass since tire mass is less, thereby increasing performance?
