Default Tire Recommendation

I need some help from all of you guys. A lady friend of mine has the 350Z and is due for some new tires. She has the stock 18" rims (not the light weight ones). Any recommedations on some tires? Seems you all are going with different rubber than some of us G people. For summer tires, I was going to recommed to her the Bridgestone S-O3s or Michelin Pilot Sports for stock sizes. Any ideas of A/S tires? What about non-stock sizes, but still for the 18" rims? Personally, when I change my tires, which will be soon, I'm going with 245/40/18 for fronts and 245/45/18 for the rears with the S-O3s. I may go with 255/45/18 for the rears though.

Tire recomendations for the "Z" would be the same as the "G". 245/40 fronts and 255/45 rears would be a good choice for both. Look at Dunlop SP9000s.

If you have the stock 18's, you should stick with the 225/45/18 for fronts, and 245/45/18 rear set up. I have 245's on front, and it kills some of the "turn in" on the car. It is a noticable difference that makes the 245's seem sluggish compared to the 225's when doing quick turns.

Hum, I am thinking of 245/45/18 all around, what kind of tire are you using ? Would it be possible that your "turn in" got kill due to the brand/model of the tire rather than the size ?
