The black polish RGD is definitely fake. That color combination never produced by ADVAN Japan n the RGD line up.

I'll look into the pics more and find more detail to post.

 

What sucks is that the seller tle.88 passed them off as the real deal. Some people actually bought them at 2+gs. These are straight copies made to look authentic and not just obvious reps.

yup i realized that too. the scammers are clearly becoming more crafty with this. the seller's name was Thinh Le. he's obviously on thin ice until Wais gives him the boot.

I, for one, am glad that we have people out there studying wheels to see if they are fake or not. With all of these cars being driven on roads and whatnot, and with all the fake wheels breaking from driving on these same roads, I'm glad someone is out there keeping us safe from wheels that break just enough for internet pictures but not quite enough for lawsuits or the shutting down of businesses. If only we could find out who downloads music for free with the same veracity as those who sport wheels that look like expensive wheels but aren't.
