currently i'm running 19x8.5 all around with tires sizes 245/35/19 and 255/40/19.
but i have a new set of rims on the way that will be 19x9 and 19x10 with tire sizes 245/35/19 and 285/35/19.
the pic in the sig are my current rims.

it's really a matter of personal preference....
in most cases, the larger the wheel, the more visual impact you have... but can reduce ride quality because you have to use a lower aspect ratio tire... can look really good because of the larger proportions of the wheel
larger diameter wheels tend to cost a little more
larger diameter wheels tend to be heavier
Most Z owners upgrade to 19" wheels becuase they look good on the car... they fit the proportions of the vehicle and compliment the overall appearance. Look for 19x8 or 19x9 for the front and 19x9, 19x9.5, 19x10 or even 19x10.5 for the rear. Tires will be as listed in mgl's post above.
You can also go with 18x8, 18x8.5 or 18x9 front and 18x9, 18x9.5, 18x10 or 18x10.5 rear. Your tire sizes should be 245/40 front and 275/40 rear to maintain the correct rolling diameter.
For everyday driving, the 18" wheels uses a slightly taller aspect ratio tire, so there is a little more rubber to absorb the bumps.
Forget about roatating tires front to rear.... you have a sports car now
The rears will always be wider than the fronts....
Hope that helps....
