This is dependent on who made the forged center faces (aka forgings). Some come from China (obvious questionable quality) some from various manufacturers in the US. You never know who the supplier is, many of the forged companies mix and match or use what's available with varied supply and demand.
I had a set of forged wheels made but the center faces were cut from good ol USDM Centerline forgings which has been around in the US for over 30 years. I purchased the Centerline forgings first and then had a wheel manufacturer with a Haas Mill do the cutting.
The design is also critical to structural integrity, some have little lateral support or lack reinforcement in the spokes.
