as for the specs again

: 18x9.5 +30 fronts and rear 18x10.5 +22 rears both with hyper black finish.

btw what kind of color is this hyper black??? looks strange on some pics? is it more chrome looking or just a kind of silver? and last but not least is it powder coating or paint?
