Default Repeatedly Breaking Lug Nuts

Ok so i broke 3 lugs on the interstate from GA to FL, i had to end up getting towed back home. So i ordered a set of studs from Z1 and i installed them wrong since i used a battery powered "Kobalt" impact gun. I re-ordered studs from Z1 and i torqued the **** out of them, to the point where i thought i was going to break them again. So i drove my car and i heard the same noise so i pull my tire off and the same thing had happened, 3 broken studs. So then i re-ordered studs and then i used a breaker bar and i tightened the **** of out of them and i thought i was really going to break them, so i drove my car and it was good for about a week, now today it started making the same noise and i KNOW the studs are bad again, i'm now wondering if the hub is bad? How can i tell if my hub is damaged? This has been such a headache for me im super pissed, it all started happening when i installed my stance coils...

Pics of broken studs. Check if your hub is bent where its supposed to be flat.

Could be many things. Is the wheel bent? Are you over torquing the lug nuts when you install them? Do you have aftermarket wheels and is the center bore of the wheel correct?

Did you get an alignment after installing the coilovers?

there are not supposed to be super tight. just around 80ftlbs. over tightening lugs will crack and eventually break you studs.

i just installed ARP studs. get these, tourqe down you lugs to 80ftlbs, you should be good.

so you keep tightening the **** out of them to the point of breaking and you are asking why your studs are breaking?

I will try and get some pics up of what happened last time, its the same thing happening over and over. I tighten the studs in perfect, any more and they will break. The first 2 times the studs came lose, they ate all the grip that holds them tight in the hole, and im guessing thats exactly what happened now. Some one mentioned about the wheel being bent, i purchased them used off a member here hopefully i didnt get ****ed. But i dont think think its the wheel since when i aligned the car i had no sorts of vibrations.

Exactly...

You really should have someone who knows what they are doing help you out, as you don't seem to get the concept here.

What kind of lugs, are you using a torque wrench, do you have spacers?

You should be torqueing your lugs to 80lbs max using a quality torque wrench...

Yeah, I'd say 80 ft-lbs is good. Some manufacturers have specified ranges (ex. Mutekis are 65-85 ft-lbs).

^ This. I don't understand why you'd think "torquing the **** out of them" is even a good idea, especially "to the point of breaking them." It doesn't even sound like something you should be doing in the first place. Sometimes, common sense goes a long way.

Also, when you do something and the same issue keeps popping up, I'd first look at what you're doing first as it tends to be user-error.

I keep breaking the studs, as i put them through the hole in the hub they seem to sit perfect in there. When i drive around they come loose in the hub, i put lugs in the title instead of studs, sorry for the confusion guys.

By loose i mean the teeth in the studs grind up and makes them come loose. Its either my hub is messed up and i need a new one, or im not pulling them through well enough. But honestly when i pull them through those studs cant possibly go in any more, maybe being 220lbs 6' tall and an electric impact wrench/breaker bar wasnt enough.

When putting the studs in, are you drawing them into the hub so they are tight? If you look and the backside of the hub wjere you put them in, there should be no gap.
