Default 18" Touring V1 Wheels fitment question

I need to order a wheel to replace my right front wheel I bent 2 nights ago..
On here they have 2 different items for front and rear but the front one is out of stock.. Can i order one they have listed under rear? To my knowledge they are exactly identical all around... any idea ?

thanks!

This is the answer i got when I messaged the website staff to ask them the difference... what the..?

"They can not be moved from their position on the car. They will not bolt up to the hub and each one faces a slightly different direction as far as the spokes or wheels. Chris"

Fronts will mount on the back, backs will not mount on the front without the bolt removed. Read the 100 top questions or the "why my aftermarket wheels do not fit" to learn about the bolt.
