Slicks
mjedens, do you have any pics of your car with those wheels? I also have a track, and I am looking into getting thses wheels/tires...ever have any problems with axles/clucth/diff? You have a sick 60ft. Have you ever done an NA pass with this set-up? Thanks
Alberto:
I'm having pictures made this next Wednesday and will send them then. Also have a new N20 kit installed that a few of you might be interested in. My track model is black so I had the Weld's powder coated black, not quite sure how I like them. I want some "skinny's" up front but haven't figured out how to accomplish it with the Brembos. Had to replace the clutch 6 months ago with a stage 3 SPEC.

Anybody still reading this thread? heh. Anyway,
Really? Why are slicks hard on your axle? Is this truly accurate? If so, why would anybody use slicks at all?

Another thing to think about is that Slicks are really hard on axles, so after a number of runs be prepared to snap one. Unless you are pushing some serious power just get a good set of BF Drag radials. I plan to get some mounted on my 17" enthusiast wheels.
