Default SSR flat black Touch up

So after 2 and a half years of no issues, the very edge of the lip has chipped paint. I am 99% positive it was the tire rep but they won't budge. They say it was like that when they took them off. Best I could get was comp service and half off new front tires. (I was rotating the ones I have now).

So I ask, does anyone have any good recommendations on brands of paint that will be durable? I realize I am some how going to match the satin flat black color using a lot of guestimation, but I would like it to last.

Thanks

I used Rust-oleum engine enamel (semi gloss) paint from Lowes and brushed it on over the scratches. It's vary close, no one has noticed yet.

Depending on how bad it is I would have it repainted professionally unless it's just for a slight touch-up of a curb rash or something like that
