Notice the flat areas visible around the upper part of the tire.

That's definitely cupping. I cant really read the model. Kinda looks like potenza's. Maybe suspension issue?

Looks like the wheel / tire was out of balance.

Deff cupping. Either out of balance/ not rotated or maybe you had bad bushings or suspension.

+1 to all the above comments. There have got to be some sloppy parts in that front end, whether bushings, bearings, or bad shocks, I can't say, but take it to a shop and get a proper check done. This isn't a simple alignment issue. Driving with a tire like that is not only dangerous, but it's also beating the hell out of the rest of the front end.

If one wheel only>>.Cupping>>Bad shock #1 cause

Both>>feathering>>>toe out
