I think there is a 30 day window to open a paypal dispute, but I'd try to keep any screencaps of sale thread,conversations and pm's to back your case up. I remember him saying those wheels were in excellent condition and that it obviously wasn't so I think paypal will favor you, but you might be out the shipping cost back.

 

I would need a moderator or admin to look at his for sale thread and send a screenshot of what the original post was before it became edited

 

Debit card>>>no recourse there. Paypal complaint is the only way to go.
Sorry about all this ...this is why it's always important to get detailed pics of all items. Those may not be on the original listing, but you need to have the seller email detailed pics. If they won't do that..don't buy. This seller was outright dishonest and should have disclosed the welded barrel and missing bolts. Hopfully Paypal will see this is an obvious scam.

You never disclosed that information to me prior to the sale.

 

Fist of all the work was done by Wheelflip and the bolts were provided by them they have done alot of work for many members here that fact that he want to receive the wheel in new condiction at the price he purcahsed is crazy.

The faces were proffesionally painted and seen by many people in car shows this year dont jump the gun if you dont know the facts

 

there is nothing wrong with the wheels i showed these off at a car shown seen by many reputable people who can vouch for me.

The fact is one of the wheels was refinished by wheel flip and i passed that info to the buyer. He just simply wants new wheels at used prices.

 

why would you get it free try buying one from volk see how much they want for it not including the delivery wait

 

I wasn't expecting new condition. I was expecting basic wear and tear as per described in our agreement.

Reflecting back on this nightmare, I would have rather spent twice the amount on a better set of wheels where the seller was honest and decent.
