Default 2003 touring 350z Tire size

So yes, I searched:
https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...stock-18s.html

Going off this thread, the OP ended up buying a set of 245/40/18f and 265/40/18r per terrasmak's suggestion and said it worked out okay. However, he also says here that it may cause decreased performance (https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...e-upgrade.html)

I consult the 350z tech wiki occasionally, and these numbers seem to be outside the regular range.

I have seen that people have done this and it has worked, but are there any drawbacks to getting them like this? User usmanasif says the VDC can go wonky if I go outside of stock diameter (https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...06-wheels.html)

Also, on this page: https://my350z.com/forum/4936171-post42.html
245/40/18 25.7"
275/40/18 26.6" (0.9" stagger)

Is 265 still an acceptable amount of stagger? Would it be better to get 245/35's instead?

Should I stick with stock 225/45-18F and 245/45-18R, or will the larger ones be okay?

Also, I am planning on getting the Hankook v12's.
So I would be getting:
245/40R18XL
265/40R18XL

03 touring, you only have 8 inch wide wheels, front and back. Stay stock, or run 245/40 front and 245/45 rears.
