No the **** you don't. And if you do, it's parked. Either that or every tire blowout form stretched tires ever in the entire world ever happens around you and NOWHERE else.

That said, OP, as everyone has said, you won't have an issue. But again, I say don't do it. You're too paranoid about it. You'll effit up and cause some massive accident of some sort. Just get tires that fit and keep it pushing.

When the tire separates from the wheel, steer straight and do not brake. You will be fine.
