How can I tell what the offsets are?

Should be stamped behind the hub. Look for +25 or +30.

Usually +30 front and back but it should be listed on the back of the wheel.

I thought they were +30 front and +33 rear or maybe I'm getting mixed up with 18" instead of 19"

Its the 18 x 8.5j that are +33. The 18 x 8j are +30. So I'm in agreement with Terrasmak.

You are thinking OEM 06 and new 18's and OEM 03 to 05 track 18's.

+25 front and +30 rear is what 99% of the wheels in that size are normally found to be

You could also measure it yourself by following these instructions:

I don't think they ever came in +40 so they must be +30

I can't get access to the old Rays catalog here at work but I am almost positive that they were never available in anything larger than a +30
