Help with Offset Please
^^ +22mm offset is safe (no rubbing) with your wheel sizes. That is not flush and some members here want more offset.
Once you get to a+19mm with a 10.5” wheel and a 285mm tire, you may rub. If you do rub, the fix is rolling the fender.

Depending upon the tire brand and the tire size (the same size might not be identical in a different brand), an offset of +18mm-19mm will be flush, but may rub; and thus require rolling your fenders.
I repeat… +22mm offset is the safe value with your wheel sizes.
