Default tires worn more on edges. can i even out?

I just bought a pair of used michelin pilot sport tires. 245/40/19 for my front.
The edges seem to be worn a tad more than the center. Would it be okay for me to over inflate the tires somewhat to try and even the wear out? Maybe like 37psi cold compared to 35.

most likely wont help since its due to toe issues, not camber

Is it not a possibility that the previous owner of the tires could have run them under inflated?

Not likely..
And what IS likely ( known issue on all 350z's) is toe issues causing inside tire wear and feathering at a rapid rate..

Try it and see what happens. Running a higher air pressure will not hurt anything.

Then you'll have the tires evenly worn if this experiment worked, right?
I agree, either the car needs work on a toe adjustment.Or,the previous owner ran e'm
with too low pressures.
If your goal is to find a way to even e'm out, seek a shop that does tire truing.
They will remove the tread to even up the wear.
If the tires are running O.K&not noisy .I'd just leave it,drive with proper pressures.

Well I havn't put the tires on yet. If it's a toe issue won't an alignment solve it? The tires I've had on my car have been wearing out evenly so I figure putting the new ones at a higher pressure should elongate the life of the tires/even them out

Your car won't need an alignment to correct the problem. Those tires wore unevenly on another car and that car may have an alignment issue. Since they were purchased "used", we have no idea how much tread is worn. I would just run a higher pressure and see what happens. I would suggest the next time you need tires that you should go to a tire store and buy some new tires.
