Does anyone know if the 350z stock wheels and tires will fit an 2001 altima? I have my stock wheels and a friend happens to need tires on his altima. So why not upgrade to the 17in wheels and tires if they fit.

nissan typically uses the same bolt pattern throughout their vehicles, except for the trucks obvisouly.

 

I figured the bolt pattern was the same, but what about the offset and tire size? When we put the wheels nad tires alongside the existing ones it looks about 1/2 taller. He has 205/60/16 and is trying to put on 225/50/17 and 235/50/17. The offset was much harder to measure. Thanks for the feedback.
