Default Spacer lug bolt snapped...having trouble finding the right lug nut

I bought spacers from a Vendor on g35driver over 2 years ago. I have no idea who it was, the spacer are pretty good quality but I am sure not the best. They are working fine except snapped a lug stud last night. I have searched every where for one...it is M12 x 1.25 serrated with 17mm knurl head and 54mm long overall with easy start tip. I am just looking for something similiar

Please help because the car is running 3 spacers right now

Yup worst case I am going to buy a new spacer. The ARP lug bolts are too long I think.

I found the seller and asked if he had any lug bolts. He is going to check in the shop and report back.
