I tried to put a set of rims on my 350 today and when I took the front tire off I noticed that there was a bolt on the hub. What is that bolt and can it come off because I can't get the rim on. Anybody know what this bolt is?

 

the bolt is to keep the idiots at the dealership from rotating the stock tires. The rear wheel can't be mounted on the front with that bolt in place. Thats its only purpose, don't sweat taking it off.
