I was notified by a forum member that the following ebay listing for a set of Volks SF-Winnings had used my images without my consent.

I remember some of his for sale ads in the past, pretty sure he flips wheels every now and again.

 

I received a PM from a member the other day asking about slimjim888...

i would "ask the seller a question" and be like wtf are you using my pics with my user name in them....

 

I've requested the seller on ebay to remove the images. No response from him yet.

 

Buyer still have the wheels. This confirms that the listing is a scam. Hope no one falls for it.

I almost sold my wheels to this person. Right before I said yes, I noticed an eBay posting with my images and linked the eBay user to the my350z user mentioned. It was a no-go after that... I am not sure if he is legitimately buying and selling wheels but it is an Intellectual Property issue and isn't right. Although I question the legitimacy of his auctions considering sasuke's buyer still owns the SF Winning wheels.

 

Not speculating on whether this is legit or not but oddly coincidental to the recent sale of some OEM Nismo V3s here, there's a regional ad for same type wheels (no pics) from same username.

yes the buyer that I sold the wheels to still have them and has no intentions of re-selling.
