Default Buying Forgestar CF5s need help.

Im going to buy a set of 18" Deep Concave Forgestar CF5s Matte Black... (http://www.forgestar.com/v2/wheelscf5.php).
I am on Stock suspension and like the 18", after the new wheels and tires I'll lower. I want wide wheels so 9" or wider so I don't know what width and offset to buy that'll get me close to flush without passing the fender. I would like a square setup but will I have to stagger to get flush in the front and rear? Any advice?

Example Will (http://www.nlmotoring.com/Forgestar-...1811cf5raw.htm) pass the fender?

You will need stagger set up. Check the wheel section. Most are running 10.5 rear with +15 offset

I have a set of Forgestar F14s in deep concave
not square, but
19x10 +20 Front
19x11 +25 Rear

So the 19x10 will definitely fit up front without issue. You could do a 18x10 square setup if you wanted.
