Ask for a "made in japan" stamp. They are stamp in the back where rhe hub are.

If youre local take a drive and look.

Looks legit if the wheel sticker pics are current. Just tell the guy you know he is using 4 year old pictures from someone else's for sale ad (he may have Googled the wheel model and stole them to be lazy) and to provide you with current pics of the wheels as they sit with any damage before you consider making the drive. If he really wants to sell them and has nothing to hide, shouldn't be a problem.
