Mic's recommendation for tire size is right on.

But... The wheels you are looking at have too much offset (the 30mm offset you state). You want 15mm offset for a 9.5" wide wheel.

Would a +20 offset work.

I've got 18" 9.5s up front with 265/35 on them; +15 offsets and they are very flush; good matchup.

ok cool. Cause the only ones I can find are +30 and +20. so the +20 will just stick out a tiny bit more than the +15 in the pic

No, they will be into the body 5mm more.

You would need a 5mm spacer for them to sit the same. With the +30mm ones you would need a 15mm spacer for them to sit the same.

I just installed a set of 18x9.5 +20 P45r with 255/40 front and 275/40 rear and I could not be happier. I am on stock suspension with no roll in the rear and have no rubbing issues.

Are those 18x9.5 +20 on all four corners..? The fitment looks great! I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on wheels and tires soon too, so I'm sponging up as much info as possible!

Wow, damm, almost missed my queue....

19x9.5 +19F and 19x10.5 +14 with 255/35 & 275/35

18x9.5 +15 square wheel set and 255/40 & 275/40

19x9.5 and 19x10.5 +22F&R but with 255/35 & 285/35

Point is that you can have them all fit within a couple mm of the fender by changing offsets and tire width sizes. 2nd point is that I get to show my fat head by ho'n some more pics.

(You kinda have to read another thread to get that.)

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to sound like an idiot there. I'm pretty well aware of how wheel sizing and offset goes, as I spent way too many hours on the 18" wheel thread..

What I meant to say was, I'm trying to find a variety of sizes and offsets that I will be happy with, since not every wheel is offered in what (IMO) is the best looking combo @ 18x9 +20ish and 18x10 +18ish.

NOT looking for a specific response to this post, BTW! Lol I am not thread-jacking by any means! Just wanted to clarify to minimize the blatancy of my ignorance...

BTW, all of your setups are pretty rocking!

Oh I know, no problem at all. I never miss a chance to share my obsession with wheels/tires. (You haven't been here long enough to know of this obsession. I'm on set #17 right now. Heh heh. But that's spread over all four, er, wait, five of my Zs in last 7 years; so really, that's only 3.4 sets/car.

Or so I justify. )

Pics after you choose a set!

Oh, wow! lol that is crazy! I'm jealous that you have had so much change! Change is good, it keeps things fresh. I will most definitely post pictures and specs when I make a decision!

Spreadsheets, Visio models, pics, hundreds of sites, thousands of threads, real-world where I could/can, multiple fitment calculators...I do the same s*** whether its the Z, my other vehicles, replacement tires for the lawnmower, plastic wheels for the Weber...same drill. I just enjoy the research trying to do it right.

Function over form for me. Stock suspension, no roll, no track, no daily, went with 18 x 9.5 +22 255's (F) and 18 x 10.5 +18 275's (R). More than satisfied.

My wife tells me - regarding my garage and street full of cars, wheels, bikes, computers, whatever - "You're all about the HUNT!"

I'm like "Hunh? Whatdya mean by that?"

She nails it shut: "Don't you think I've noticed how obsessed you are when looking for something? Then, when you finally get it, you're all 'ehhh' and on to the next thing! I guess they didn't have the diagnosis of ADHD when you were young. Hahahahaha! "

Ouch. Can't fight facts coming from an educator.

What tyres? I have read conflicting reports about 18x9.5 +20 fitting 275/40 on rear without rolling fenders. Would you say it was a close run thing? Do you still have the stock 20mm perpendicular lip? Maybe someone rolled them already?
