Lowering springs
Hi im currently running 275/40/18 rear and 255/40/18 front. Was looking to get some lowering springs in specific Godspeed traction s lowering springs, meanwhile i save up for some good coilovers. Just wanted to see if someone had this setup and maybe see some pictures with this setup with lowering springs. Btw lowering spring front lowers 1.2” and rear 1.4”.

Also ask yourself (and answer honestly): "Do I really need coilovers? Besides height adjustment, will I actually get in there and adjust pre-load, jounce and rebound the right way.... on a scale?"
If the answer is "no" or "probably not", a good set of shocks and springs will do you just fine and you can apply the extra money towards good tires or wheels or sway bars or......
Agree. ^^^

Im looking to lower the car a bit withou necessarily having to roll my fenders, rub or scrape because this is my daily just looking to fet rid of that small gap front and back get it flush. So wouldnt know which way to go, i want to get it done right.
Still fairly new to modifying my z still learning all this lol.
Lowering your car has very little to do with wheel gap. You can do wheel spacers to reduce wheel/fender gap for almost no money. Do a little research here and decide what your goals are long-term. GL!

We should probably clarify here. "Wheel gap" is generally the terms used when discussing the gap between the top of the tire to the wheel arch. "Flush fit" (or the opposite, "sunken in") are usually used to denote how the tire fits width wise inside the wheel well. So, OP, which is it you're referring to?

If you are looking to just sit lower but want the best over all handling without having to worry about alot of adjustments. Would recommend a high end shock/strut with sprint springs. There are however other good springs on the market but sprint has some of the best ratings and not very expensive. The slight drop the sprints will give you should make getting an alignment after a breeze. If you go much lower, ie using eibach sportlines you will need front and rear camber arms. Eiback prolines are similar drop to the sprints.

And... Unless you absolutely need adjustability for ride height, you can save $$'s by going with springs and shocks instead of coilovers.
BTW: You made a very good selection of tire sizes.
