18x9 +32mm offset wheels
I know this is a noob question but i have been looking for over an hour . My stock 07 hr touring has the staggered 18x8 fr. 18x9 rear. 225 45 18 and 245 45 18 setup stock. I think the stock offset is +30mm . The wheels im looking at are 18x9 squared setup. With +32mm offset. Will these fit at least as flush as the stock wheels if i run the same 225 and 245 tires front and rear ? I want to stay close to stock dimensions with aftermarket wheels. The car has stock suspension and stock camber etc and i will not be lowering it anytime soon . I do not want to use spacers and i do not want to roll fenders. Thanks in advance for any information

But I'm curious as to why you're even concerned with "flush" if you're not going wider (other than the 1" wheel width upsize up front) or changing offsets? I mean, it's your car and all but I just find it counterintuitive to go aftermarket but stay size-wise stock (unless class regulated for competition). Help me understand this....

You'll be fine. Meaning they'll fit. They will be 2mm "less flush" but no one, including you, will even notice much difference, especially with the OE size tires.

The reason being. This is just a fun weekend car for my wife and i and also she drives it to school and work sometimes etc. So i didnt see the need to go to crazy with aftermarket parts. jus a few tastefull mods. I considered goin 18x10 back 18x9 fronts also. Thanks for ur reply !

Potenbtial downsides are that a 245/40 on the rear is too short and could result in three things: VDC (if your car is so equipped) will not like the square tires and 90% likely trigger it, second, being lower, will look a bit odd, and third, will/could throw off your speedo by a small amount (read high). None of these things except disruption of the stability/traction control are major but these are why I don't recommend varying from OE tire diameters. (You can upsize but maintain the diameters and F/R size ratio by choosing appropriately sized tires).
