Default Are RE040 run flats?

Sorry if this has been covered, but I don't have time to look it up. Are the Potenza RE040's that come on the performance model Run Flats? I have a screw in my driver's rear and need to replace it (too close to the side wall). Thanks for any info.

hate to rain on the parade.... but the RE040s are NOT run-flat tires. That is whay you have a giant spare tire in the back of your car.

isugoo is correct... you CAN get the RE040 in run-flat.... but the Z does not use the run-flat version
