I was going to have my 5Zigen's powdercoated black if it weren't for time constraints. And I still may in the future.

I personally love that look.

I think black on black will look better if the rims have a polished lip IMO. I'm thinking of doing that to my rims, just haven't had the urgency to actually do it.

yeah, i was going to buy the Axis Super Mesh powdercoated black with polished lips. But after looking at this thread, I wanna powdercoat my stock 17's black, but it wouldn't have polished lips.

i wonder how powdercoated track wheels would look like? (hint, hint)

It would be too black. IMO, black wheels will look nice on light colors.

yeah, I agree - I'm going with 19" SSR Professor SP1's with black centers and a polished lip....on my Brillant Silver G35 Coupe - should look pretty mean...
