Default Need info about spacers

hey guys i might be needing some spacers for my future rims and i was wondering if having spacers makes certain activities more dangerous. Like for some reason i went into a drift by slamming on my brakes to avoid an accident. Thanx

why pick a wheel that needs spacers though? There are literally endless choices for wheels for this car in all price points, all styles, that do not need spacers of any kind

Actually, I'm curious about spacers as well, but for my stock Ray's Track wheels. I really like the rims, but wish they were placed just a smidge further out of the well. Any ideas?

Your track wheels could handle up to a 7/8" spacer with fender rolling. That would bring them almost flush with the fender and you probably wouldn't have to roll. Probably less would do though. 1/2 - 3/4" Would be fine. The problem with moving your wheels out is that it gets expensive for an essentially cosmetic change. I have spacers because the wheels I bought only came in a large offset. I am selling those rims and have bought new ones which do not require spacers.

it all depends on the wheel...

Most people get 15mm in the front and rear for the Rays Track Wheels...

Im planning on putting 5mm spacers on my NISMO wheels front and rear...
