Sam, do you have any problem with rear wheels rubbing on the guards with your offset?

Very rarely. Only rubs with 2 people in the car plus luggage when I go over speed break or something of that nature.

Yeah, how the hell did you fix your crushed roof and A-pillars without weakening the frame?

It's easy!!
1. take salvageable mods off '03 wreck
2. Sign the back of the check from your insurance carrier "pay to the order of _____ Nissan"
3. add a few thousand out of your pocket
4. drive off lot with '04 Z (Track)
5. install mods from '03

VOILA!!!

All jokes aside -- '03 declared total loss. Ruined NISMO exhaust , JWT Popcharger, and shorty antenna. Had to replace one of the wheels. I repaired one of the others (ENKEI RPF1). The repaired wheel is indistinquishable from others--found paint that matched perfectly.

Oh oh oh. Ok, good. I was going to say that's not safe to have fixed such a crushed Z. Good to see your car back on the road!

Please be careful with repairing RPF1... We have a case of stock RPF1 broken from driving hard on the track. It was just sandblasted and baked for powdercoating and that changed something... I'm sure repairing RPF1 affect wheel integrity much more than powdercoating. I'd strongly recommend buying a new wheel instead of repaired.

Repairs were purely cosmetic -- scratches only. I sanded by hand and repainted.
