Question ABS, TCS Problems, with tires different diameter from stock?

Anyone experienced problems with ABS or TCS because of tires that are different in diameter than stock?

I've seen others that have used front and rear tires that are the same in diameter, that is what i want to do, but not if it is going to screw up ABS or TCS.

thanks!

I have 265/35-18 all around for race tires, and have not had VDC/TCS activate unexpectedly. Not sure if they still work correctly though, since I haven't ever activated VDC/TCS with race tires on the street through aggressive driving (and I turn off VDC when AutoXing).

It will not mess up ABS, or the TCS function of VDC. BUT, it will mess up VDC readings, and will cause the VDC indicator to light up. Basically VDC will not function if you are too far out of spec. No biggie there.

If it is on, in certain situations, you will get an alarm indicator and that is it.
You won;t hurt anything, you are just disabling certain functions.
