name/part # for lower brace underneath the front of the car?

It looks like a W. and has wierd edges kind of like an old stamp.

mine is scratched up. how much does it cost, what is it called, and what is the part #?

Is this what your talking about, the large front brace part sitting on the floor jack in the pic below?
