I really like this wheel. Its basically the same wheels on the 360 stradle. They are not the lightest wheels out there but they sure look good. Can someone photoshop them on a Silverstone coupe? Thx.

Actually the RE is forged and IS one of the lightest wheels out there!

You are thinking of the CH which looks alike and is cast. That is heavy.

Thanks for clarifying. What is the weight on this?

Wow, those are sweet in that finish... whatever info anyone can find on these would be great! I saw some silver ones on EBay off of a mustang a while back that I should have jumped on (19x8.5 front with 245/40/19 and 19x10 with 295/35/19 - and they went for like $1800!!!) - I wonder what a set of these in 19x8.5/10 in that finish would run me....

Thinking about it - I bet that those were CH's and not RE's... can't remember, it was awhile ago...

Okay guys.

A little google search on the BBS Re revealse some info.

Sizes for the Z = 18/8.5 front 18/9.5 rear.
weight = 19.5lbs front and 21 lbs rear
This is a forged wheel and currently is only offered in 18, but I am sure that 19s will be soon to follow.

Check with Hopup racing. Steve or Andy over there can probably hook you up for under 500 a wheel.

I am thinking of buying these as my track wheels!

I have always liked the CH but didnt get them because they were too heavy. Behold the answer!!!!!

CH are 1 piece as well. My friend has a set of 19" BBS CH on his 330 and looks nice. They weight around 23-24 a wheel and they are 19x8.5 but they don't have that size for our cars. They look best on the E36 M3 (old body) style.

Wrong wrong wrong. Please dont spread misinformation. If you are unsure, please research before you post.

19" CHs are alot more than 23 to 24 lbs. If thats all they weighed I would have bought them. They weigh more like 28 to 32 pounds. Dont forget they are cast.
Also they ARE available for our car in that size. In one of the show car Galleries you can see a Z sporting 19" CHs.

Now if the REs did come in 19 THEY would weigh about 23 to 24. Dont worry, its only a matter of time till they come out in that size

Okay, here's some info i got on the tirerack web site. So, the weight info I posted on the 19x8.5 size sounds about right. Your information on the weight is not accurate at all.

BBS CH
Finish: Bright Silver Paint
Bolt Pattern: 5-120

19x8.5 $525 each

** Lightweight: 24.5lbs. **
Availability: In Stock
19x9.5 Optional Rear $541 each

** Lightweight: 26.0lbs. **
Availability: Low Stock

well, I've also found out that that finish is called "Plasma" and is only offered on the CH's in 18" - if the weights are true for those 19's and I can get them in that finish, they will be on my car ASAP....
