Default Dented inside of rim

My gf just bought some Maya DTM's 20x8.5/20.10 for 2400 with tires and when we got them home we noticed that one of the front tires have a slight dent on the inside of the rim. I Was just wondering if this is going to affect the ride and all that, and if it is necesarry to get get fix. Thx for any info.

You might notice some vibration while driving, or just while turning. Or you may not notice anything at all. It depends on the dent.

I've bent 4 racing harts, and 2 volks. Some were really noticeable, others I didn't even notice till I took it off. So it really depends.

How bent is it? we really need a picture. If it is just a ding, you probably wont notice anything. Just go have it re-balanced.

One of my stockers has a bend on the inside of it. Don't notice a difference in ride quality (vibration, etc.) but I have a very slow leak on that tire. It amounts to about 2 psi / week of loss. The day I noticed, however, it flattened overnight. I attribute that to having parked with my wheels slightly cut, causing the seal between the rim and the tire to be stressed.

I say, keep an eye on it.
