Default who is rubbing

Can you guys tell me what wheel width and offset will make the wheels rub. I know tire width has a little to do with it but I am more interested in what offset will rub. I find it hard to believe that wheels like 9.5" nad 10.5" arnt rubbing.

+22 is the lowest I have seem on those combo without rubbing issues, so if you go below that # like +20 or something, then you might have problems or if you lower your car more then 1 inch.
