if i put on 19x9 on both, would the front stick out? and if i put on 19x8 on both would the rear look awkard?

as long as the offsets are the same, the wheels will be exactly the same.... and, remember, it's the tires that are staggered in size, not the wheels. The Perfomance model uses 18x8 wheels front and rear, but the tires are 225/45-18 and the rears are 245/45-18.
