Default SOB! new 19s... now pulling to the right

Anyone else experiencing this?

My Z on stock 18s didn't pull... when I was running my 16" winters, it didn't pull... but now that I've got 19s, the car pulls to the right like a ****!

I suspect it's the larger contact patch with my 245/35/19s

anyway... do I/we still qualify for the TSB? or do the new rims/tires exclude me from it?

I think it just depends on your VIN #. At least they can do the alignment process.

i don't think nissan will cover you, since you have aftermarket rims and tires. i think the only rims/wheel they cover for alignment is the stockies and the nismos.

maybe you can have your wheels rebalanced and also check the air pressure. not sure if this will help, but is worth a shot.

That is strange...makes no sense.

Something must have happened to your alignment right before or after installing the 19's. Did you install the wheels yourself, or did someone else do it, and take it for a "test drive"?

hey guys... thanks for the input

actually the strange thing is, I did an alignment right after I installed my wheels, and nope I didn't install them myself, had it done at a shop... oh and the pulling actually got WORSE after the alignment!

I saw the specs though and they look right...?

besides, isn't the pull to the right TSB a change on the control arm bushing and not an alignment?

do you still have you old rims? install them back and see if it still pulls if it still does go to the dealer and have them align it and check it out. Its up to you whether you tell them that you have had 19s on the car or that you have had another shop align it. Also i am assuming that you still have you alignment warrantee, if not factory 4 wheel alignment is a 150 dollars. Ouch!
