itnever used to be 234 fora set of 4 new ones... maybe used ones... not new...
if you put on a different set of sensors you will have to have your car programmed to them each time you switch your wheels...

Thanks for all the offers guys, but I think if VDC and TCS have nothing to do with the TPS, then I'm just going to forgo them. Dropping the car off for a day at the dealer everytime I switch tires to reprogram is just not worth it.

do the sensors even work on a car without tps from the factory? i though there was a receiver that gets the signal from them to put in the computer...
to all you ppl with non tps equipped cars, does you computer gauge have the screen where you can see the tire pressure?
it could be an entirely different computer in non tps cars

To powertrip,: yes, there is an antenna in the right A pillar and a receiver/amplifier that are TPMS-specific. Not all cars are so equipped!

My dealer doesn't do anything in 10 minutes...

for your entire TPS system can be downloaded in PDF format from the WEB. I rely quite heavily on my TPS system. I also find its almost perfect in its calibration as it seems to measure tire pressure very accurately.
Up here in Canada, the Z is offered in three trim levels
Performance (loaded with all options including 6mt only)
Touring ( same as above except auto trans only)
Track ( usual track model options)
We dont get the Enthusiast or Base here. The cars come fully loaded.
personally....I wouldnt be without the TPS system....and I have four sensors for sale....in case I forgot to mention it.

$229 is NOT the price for each sensor!
