Tire Pressure Warning after Car Wash?
After hand washing my car at the car wash
the Tire pressure warning went off when I drove away.
it said 28 PSI for both the front and rear.
Tires look fine and it seems like a malfunction.
any idea what it could be ?
Will the gauge reset after a little bit?
I am thinking something got wet. I ran into a buddy with a
Z and popped my hood to show him my Intake. Some water
dripped onto the engine. Really no biggie but maybe something...
not sure,
Any clues?
Thanks

i wouldn't worry about it too much... i doubt you damaged your tps... my tire pressure varies throughout the day depending on the sun, how I drive my car, rain and even which side of the car has more weight on it... they're sensitive sobs
my guess is that you were using cold water when you were washing your car, and the sun wasn't out, and your pressure dipped to below the trigger point for the alarm
just in case though, i'd add some air to your tires... the nissan manual recommends 35 psi cold (regardless of season) for best performance/tire longevity
