I like to know if 19x9.5 all around will work on the Z without any problems or not, like VDC?

Yes... will work fine. Just watch for rubbing in the front and rear. Roll the lip accordingly.

Do you think I need to roll my front fenders if I go with 19x9.5 +22? and how will the handling be compare to 19x8.5? any difference?

You will not need to roll the fronts if you either go with a lower profile tire or you can use the same tires you have on your 8.5s and stretch it on the 9.5s. I'm going with 19x9.5s in the fronts too with 245/30/19 rubber. The handling is better with wider wheels in front.

Default aesthetically unpleasing

I've seen this done and it looks.....well, crappy. The Z/G needs staggard wheel widths (i.e 9.5/10.5) or the rears look wrong.

Only if the offset is the same. Then it looks tacky

if I do this, the offsetswill be 19x9.5 +22 front and 19x9.5 +12 rear. I am still thinking if I should do it or not.

why would you do this though (unless someone has the wheels laying around)?. The staggered widths are FAR easier to get a hold of than staggered offsets.

tig488:

Do you have any problems with the TCS/VDC?

Does it work like it did with your stock wheels/tires?

Thanks...

B/c I saw this guy posted in private classified section that is selling only 2 19x9.5 +22 for cheap and I was thinking about getting that and make my more looks concave too, just like going with 19x9.5 n 19x10.5 +22 all around except me r 19x9.5 +12 rear. What do you guys think? or should I stay with my 19x8.5 +29?

I have a newbie question about all of this. If the stock 18" wheel offset is the same (30 F/R), why would you have to have different offsets F/R with new rims of the same size all around?

I like the Enkei PK-6 18x9.5, and I was thinking of putting these all around. Any comments, suggestions?

thanks,
Aaron

sport compact car got better results w/ a non staggered setup, 274/40/18 front and rear (18x9 bbs wheels i think) and pulled a 1.0 lateral g!! also going w/ a non staggered setup may might eliminate the understeer

i was going to post a thread asking for people who have had both staggered and non staggered setup to give some input, but i figured i'd do a search first

p.s. 245's on a 9.5" wheel will probably fit, but will be stretched as hell... and the contact patch will not be any different then if you were to go w/ a 8.5" wheel w/ the recommended 245 width
