Default How do you take apart a multi-piece wheel?

How is this done? I want to take the spokes out of the Racing Hart j8 and powdercoat them (I'm thinking about it, I'll wait until I receive them before I decide). thanks,

I think the racing hart wheel is only a 2 piece, so it has a separate face and hoop. Not sure if you could easily take them apart. A 3 piece wheel you should be able to unbolt the face piece from the 2 piece hoop.

two piece wheels are typically welded together...technically making it a one piece wheel.

you can have the wheels powdercoated without taking them apart.

Yep, did order the gunmetal...but they are darker then your typical gunmetal..just wondering in case I do want to powdercoat them (PM to "Dave the powdercoater" already sent. But it's so hard to decide based on just web pics..I'll get them on wed and will be able to judge it in person. Bimmer (another member with SS and the GM J8's got his today, he seems to like em...but was also worried they would be too dark before he got them).
