A buddy sent me this picture. I am trying to find out who makes these rims. They look like 19"s to me. They shape is similar to the genuine Nissan optional 18's made by Rays.

Seems that the pictured vehicle is actually a Nissan Australia demo car for the Melbourne Motor Show. The rims are factory 18"s. They look bigger in that picture. not sure but I guess the car is on the Nismo S-Tune suspension which might be lowered a little.
