Default Ideal Setup w/ 20" Wheels?

I'm new here - matter of fact I haven't even bought the car yet. I wanted to do some research so I know what I'm getting myself into. I've seen pics of the DB w/ the Axis wheels and it looks perfect.

I'm planning to put 20s on it but I don't want to roll fenders and I don't want too much of a change in the speedo. No rub is preferrable as well as ability to align easily. I'd like a fat lip in the back also. What offsets/wheel/tire sizes have you guys found to work? I checked the sticky but there isnt anything there about 20" wheels. Also, what springs should I be looking at? I'm going after looks more than performance since the car won't see any track time. The Eibach pro kit seems to offer a nice drop w/ 20s. Any suggestions?

If you want a fat lip, going a 10.5 in the rear with a low offset like 22 or so will do the trick. However, if you want to lower the car with a setup like this you must roll the fenders, you cannot have it all, something has to give on an aggressive setup like this.

Can't think of anything that would fit your criteria.

If you don't want to roll, you'll have to stick with a small width and mild offset, but with a small width and mild offset, you won't have that much of a lip.

With a low offset for a nice lip you'll have to roll.

Perhaps 20's isn't right or you'll have to choose another route to go.

I guess rolling fenders wouldn't be too big a deal. I just didn't like the idea of messing with the body like that. Would I be able to lower the car - just a little, .50-.60" - and have it aligned properly? Will a camber kit be neccessary?

if you only lower your car 1/2 an inch youdont need a camber kit. here is a pic. of my car w/ 20x9's in the front and 20x10.5 in the rears. i lowered the car 1.5 inches and there is no rubbing .

Whoa...now that is nice. So did you have to roll the fenders? What springs are you using?

You can easily run 20x11 with 305/25-20 without rolling fender.
Join us on the next NorCal meet and take a look at different cars. I have my fender rolled and run 19x10.5 et22 with 295.
